Terms of use

Using Tail & Heart

Tail & Heart helps you find pet services, keep records for your pets and discover pets for adoption. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Not medical advice

Information on this site is general and doesn't replace advice from a qualified veterinarian. Reminders you create are based on dates you enter; check schedules with your vet.

Businesses on the directory

Businesses are independent and responsible for their own services, prices and conduct. A verified badge means our team has reviewed the business's documents; it isn't a guarantee of the service you'll receive.

Reviews and listings

• Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience.
• Adoption listings must not be used to sell animals.
• Lost and found reports must be genuine and must not share other people's personal details.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
